Precipitation water charge

Drainage charges (= waste water + rainwater charge)

The rainwater charge (€ 0.60 / m² area per year) covers the costs of rainwater disposal. It is levied exclusively on the basis of the built-up (or overbuilt) and/or paved property areas from which rainwater can enter the municipal wastewater system with a runoff effect.

Precipitation water charge Ruhrverbandsgenossen 0.51 € / m²
Wastewater charge for normal dischargers € 2.76 / m³
Wastewater charge for Ruhrverband members € 0.70 / m³
Wastewater basic charge per residential unit (WE) 46.20 € / WE
