Authorisation exemption

In the area covered by a development plan, the construction or alteration of residential buildings, including their outbuildings and ancillary facilities, does not require planning permission under certain conditions, but can be handled under the approval exemption procedure in accordance with Section 63 BauO NRW.

 

Note

The construction of new buildings in the town of Olsberg is generally not subject to the authorisation exemption procedure.
