Matters relating to severely disabled persons

The following applications are accepted at the Olsberg Citizens' Service Centre.

These applications are then sent to the Hochsauerlandkreis district for further processing. If you have any questions regarding the processing of your applications, please contact the Hochsauerlandkreis.

Severely disabled person's pass

 

Initial issuance and aggravation

Applications for a severely disabled person's ID card and applications for amendments (applications for aggravation) can be obtained from the Citizens' Service Centre.

Required documents: a passport photo


Renewal

Your old severely disabled person's ID card will be sent to the Hochsauerland district for reissue with a new passport photo by you in person or via the Olsberg Citizens' Service Centre.

Required documents: previous severely disabled person's pass and a passport photo.

Severely disabled parking permit

 

The application is recorded at the Citizens' Service Centre and then forwarded to the Olsberg Public Order Office to issue the parking permit.
Persons in possession of a severely disabled person's pass with the mark "aG" (exceptional walking disability) or "BI" (blind) can park in specially marked car parks in the town area. Please submit the necessary application at the Citizens' Service Centre.

Necessary documents: your severely disabled person's pass or the notification from the Hochsauerland district and a passport photo.
