Certificates

You can either apply for the certificates in person (life certificates and household certificates only in person) at the Olsberg Citizens' Service Centre or you can use the online application option.

 

 


Costs for certificates

  • Household certificate: free of charge
  • Certificate of residence: free of charge
  • Extended registration certificate or registration certificate: 9.00 euros


Necessary documents

When applying for a life, household and registration certificate or extended registration certificate, the following must be observed or brought along:

  • personal appearance, representation by a person authorised in writing (personal appearance is required for the life certificate and household certificate)
  • written request, to be sent by post (personal appearance is required for the certificate of living and household certificate)
  • Identity card or passport

How does the Service Portal work?

  • Simply register with an e-mail address
  • Complete the application online and send it off
  • You will receive the required documents within 10 days
