You can obtain the application for exemption from the radio and television licence fee from the Citizens' Service or online from the Beitragsservice.
The completed and signed application form, together with the necessary supporting documents (e.g. full ALG II notice, severely disabled person's ID) can be handed in at the Citizens' Office for forwarding.
