When things don't really work out with a neighbour or another person, good legal advice is sometimes expensive. That doesn't have to be the case.
For certain offences, such as
- insults
- assault
- damage to property
- trespassing
- threats
- violation of the secrecy of correspondence,
it is mandatory by law to visit an arbitrator to attempt to settle a dispute before taking legal action and thus relieve the burden on the courts. To make this step easier for citizens seeking advice, the arbitrators offer regular consultation hours at the town hall from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm every 4th Thursday of the month.
