The town of Olsberg is responsible for the construction, renewal and maintenance of municipal roads and street lighting.
Maintenance of the street lighting systems is carried out on behalf of the town of Olsberg by Hochsauerlandwasser GmbH.
Development charges are levied for the construction of a new road (initial construction).
Road improvement contributions are charged for the renewal or improvement of a road (carriageway, footpath, road drainage, street lighting).
The town of Olsberg charges a street cleaning fee for the summer and winter cleaning of roads and public areas, which is levied via the annual property levy notices.
The street cleaning obligation of property owners is set out in the street cleaning and fee statutes of the town of Olsberg.
