Trade adverts

Anyone starting an independent business, a branch office or a dependent branch office must report this. In addition, there is also an obligation to notify when relocating the business, when changing the object of the business, when expanding the business premises and when giving up the business.

You can register, re-register or deregister your business in person at Olsberg town hall or online via the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW.

Costs

The administrative fees are 26 euros per notification.

  • For trades requiring a licence (e.g. restaurants, estate agents, taxi companies, clinics), please bring your trade licence with you.
