Offences of a commercial nature are registered in the central trade register. You can apply to us for information from the central trade register.
The information can only be applied for at the Citizens' Service Centre at your main place of residence and is then issued directly by the Federal Office of Justice in Bonn and sent to the address you have previously specified.
You can also apply for information from the central trade register at the Federal Office of Justice apply online and pay for it.
If you do not wish to apply for information from the central trade register online, you must apply in person at the Olsberg Citizens' Service Centre.
